About Us
Welcome to Insignia Personalised Crafts, where only your imagination can limit you.
We are a family-owned and operated small business.
From small beginnings in 2009, what started as a hobby grew steadily into a passion.
We started off selling at markets and shows and then joined the Little Field Mouse stores, where we have built up our loyal client base.
We use South African designed and built laser machines that give us the support and backup necessary to service our clients.
We sell gifts for any occasion, either as-is or personalised for that special someone.
How it Works
You may be thinking of an amazing design right now but don’t know where to start? If this is you, this is the way we work:
- Choose the item you want to be made
- Place an order on website and pay
- Choose your delivery method – courier or collection
- Send through details of the customisation
- Wait for proof of payment to approve
- We will then approve your order and send you confirmation
